Before I decided on getting a Yorkie I was planning on getting an apricot toy poodle instead. I'm not sure if Blake Lively's dog Penny is a pure breed Toy Poodle or a cross breed Maltipoo. Whatever breed Penny is, that cute little dog looks more like a stuffed toy...
It's always bring your dog to work day for Blake and Penny for the past seasons of Gossip Girl.
Take a tip from Blake - it's advisable for toy dogs to wear a harness instead of a collar when walking them. A collar can cause them to choke and these dogs are fragile. Most owners use collars just for the purpose of attaching the dog tags but you can also do that with a harness.
I noticed that some celebrities like dressing up their dogs. Sometimes its to protect their fur babies from the cold weather and sometimes its just for fashion.
I wondered what was this fluffy pillow for. It turned out to be a bed or a cushion for little Penny. Some said that its cat bed, I don't really see the difference. My Yorkie Bentley likes taking naps on pillows like these and on crumple blankets. I actually like the black blanket bag it's so posh.
Gossip Girl just started filming season 4 in Paris. Will post some pictures soon. I didn't see Penny in any of Blake's pictures but their outfits are so fabulous, very Parisian. ♥
